You can invite unlimited teammates to join your workspace and collaborate on your data. Manage your team in Settings > Team members. Team members page showing active teammates and the Add member button

Send an invitation

Only admins can send invitations.

Open Team members

Go to Settings > Team members.

Click Add member

Click Add member at the top right of the page.

Enter email and role

In the Invite a team member panel, enter your teammate’s Email address and select a Role.

Blnk Cloud has four preset roles: Admin, Operator, Investigator, and Analyst. Choose the role that matches what your teammate needs to do.

Send the invitation

Click Send invite. Your teammate receives an invite link by email with steps to join your workspace.

Track pending invitations

To see teammates who have not accepted yet, open the Invite pending tab on the Team members page.

Teammates with an email on a verified workspace domain can also request to join without an invite. Review those requests under Settings > Workspace > Join requests.

Roles & permissions

Blnk Cloud has four preset roles. Open the Roles & permissions tab on the Team members page to select a role and review what it can access. Roles and permissions tab showing Admin, Operator, Investigator, and Analyst with their permissions

FAQs

They may have their email address associated with a different workspace. Contact Support to get this resolved.
