# Get transaction

> Retrieve a transaction by its ID with the Go SDK.

Use `client.Transaction.Get` to fetch a single [transaction](/transactions/introduction) by its transaction ID.

  The Go SDK does not expose a list method for transactions. Use get by reference or the Core Search API instead.
