`instance_id` is the Cloud instance id (`instance_...`), not a `deployment_id`.

Balance records.
Number of records.
Whether `count` is an estimate.
Where the count came from, such as `lake_catalog` or `exact`.
Identity records. Same shape as `balances`.
Ledger records. Same shape as `balances`.
Reconciliation records. Same shape as `balances`.
Transaction records. Same shape as `balances`.
Sum of all record counts.
`sandbox` or `production`.
Records included in the plan allowance.
Records above the included allowance.
Price per extra record.
Overage charge for the current count.
Whether usage-based billing is on for this instance.
When usage-based billing was enabled.
`true` when the instance cannot create new records.
